We had cockroaches in our room and the manager was to refund us one night, however upon returning home we found cockroaches in our suitcases and are now in our homes. I have contacted the hotel 3 times by email and once by phone and have asked for a full refund. No reply yet.

Front desk receptionist were unprofessional and joking around while i was waiting to get checked in. The hotel room itself was disgusting, smelled weird, not cleaned well. The bathroom did not have a curtain, didn’t close, and was a hole in the bathroom door. Definitely will not be returning.

NEVER STAY HERE The hotel is totally incompetent. The electrical outlets didn’t work. Drugs were sold in the parking lot. The FREE breakfast consist of cold coffee and stale granola bars. The front desk lost the room reservation after confirming both the room and 3rd party incidental form they require. Front desk had the nerve to say they were going to charge me extra for giving the wrong spelling of the name. DO NOT STAY HERE you’d be better sleeping in your car

Over Extended in Providence Rooms were absolutely unclean. Sink drain was completely blocked. The arm chair and the mini couch were utterly pilfered. You can see the pictures for theselve. No body should be subjected to this type of unhospitable conditions even as a non-paying visitor and we were extorted here. One of the terrible stay i had in this property. Most of the items in this property was either damaged or not usable. The window blind was broken, the couch and the chair's was so old that it started to fall off their skin. There was water clogging problemin both at the wash basine and at the shower drain. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, the room was dirty , when you ask for this that should have been in the room they tell you that they are out or the people there steel them.
