Good location and nice staff, but a lack up upkeep on the property. I stayed in two rooms over my stay. One smelled heavily of cigarettes (even though the hotel is ostensibly non-smoking) and the other room had a used condom on the floor. These aspects were off-putting, but otherwise the stay was good.

Didn't get to stay at the property as they decide to cancel our booking at the last minute. They didn't consider it necessary to inform us just informed Expedia instead. Also expedia decided to send an email the night before the booking, strangely the booking still showed active on the app after cancelation.

Upon arrival I was told they “overbooked “and could not accommodate my confirmed reservation. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful Would never book here again

Terrible experience, we drove 5.5 hrs just to find out our room was dirty and they unfortunately overbooked and couldn’t provide any other room. Staff weren’t even at the front desk, when we pulled in, they were getting out of the car. A music was blasting in their back room behind the front desk. Unsafe atmosphere, unprofessional staff, that provides zero resolution and zero care.
