Absolutely nothing. Lied about breakfast no breakfast

Room was nice but very unsanitary. The floor was filthy and wet as well as it had a foul oder. Walking from the bed to the shower left the bottom of our feet extremely dirty. The remote was still slimy from previous guest I’m assuming. Cannot upload the photos for some reason but I’m willing to share!

I checked in at around 4:30 pm and the room was dirty not swept and linens on the floor and bed did not have any sheets on it

The whole place was a complete disappointment. From the smell of dog urine in the carpets down the hallways. To every single floor being sticky with some sort of substance. Be grab and go breakfast was a joke granola bar one bag of oatmeal and both containers of coffee were stone cold nobody was at the counter to help anybody. Even the room floors felt sticky and wet all the time. Not to mention there was no towels when we arrived no shampoo or soap barely enough toilet paper to use one time. Room furniture was old and dirty. Floors had a wet/poly feel. Corridors had a stench. Property needs an overhaul.

Did not allow check-in after a certain time

Did not stay a night there. They are refunding me the stay. Room smelled of heavy use of bleach but the toilet was filthy. So not sure what was cleaned. Went downstairs and complained and they refunded my stay. I left and looked elsewhere for a room.

Our room had been serviced but it was not clean. Specially, the floor was filthy and the bathtub not cleaned. We asked for a different room but none were available. A discount was offered. All public areas were dirty. Specifically, all hallway carpets were very dirty and stained, elevator landings and elevator floors were dirty. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.
