Really bad service had me waiting 25 minutes to check in no body at the front desk and same to check out everything else nice

Save your money and your sanity by going elsewhere Absolutely awful experience. The front desk people at check-in were pleasant enough, and when I had to call at 10:30 p.m. to complain about the woman yelling on the phone for 30 minutes next door to me, they came up and calmed her down. Reservation page state you could get a dining kit for a price. After booked for a whole week and paid in advance (which is usual to me for hotels, only at checkout) the staff said they could not provide such kits and I said I needed to cook at my room, therefore, I moved to Extended Stay America. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE REMAINING 6 NIGHTS, AND REFUSED TO EXPEDIA AND TO CITI CARDS! Stay away from these people.

The hotel staff arent there at night and we couldnt get in our room and it took forever for someone to come down and get us. Our room reeked of ciggarettes late at night it was unbearable. They wont give you new towels, you have to personally go down to the front desk and get them. 3/10

Would not stay again After getting to the room and settling in, some other travelers were given the same room with keys to the room and were able to enter as I was changing! On two separate times after that our keys did not work to the room. Our room did not have a shower curtain and there was mold behind the sink.
