Never book this place if you have a late arrival If you have a late arrival, then never ever book at this hotel. Despite a confirmed reservation, it is standing policy of this hotel to hand out the available rooms at a first come first serve basis. This was confirmed to me in writing by its manager. So when arriving after midnight, and despite the confirmed booking through hotels.com, they stood me up. Btw, also don't expect any help from hotels.com either. The staff was nice, but the actual hotel was not what it seems to be in pictures. The towels and bed sheets were stained, yet clean. The pool was out of service for maintenance. Breakfast is only muffins and granola bars with coffee or tea. It did not smell good throughout the hotel. Can hear people walking upstairs. Thankful for a place to stay for our vacation, but it was not very pleasant.

Nope. Terrible. Room smelled terrible and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We looked for a place that specifically had a pool and found out after checking in that it wasn’t even useable.

Pool was out of service, people begging for money in boxer shorts, originally given incorrect room so asked for refund and went to a Hyatt. Very poor experience

I would not know. Called 3 days before to let them know we where a late arrival, they said no problem. Called when reaching RDU they again said ok, then got a call back 5 min later indicating they did not have a room. Charged the account and they blamed Expedia. Expedia said to call the hotel. Back and for and finally got told that since we did not arrive by 6 pm they gave the room away. Expedia refunded the room. They were more help than the hotel.

Dirty. Noisy. No pool. Well there is a empty pool. Breakfast was cold cereal room in disrepair Hvac not working correctly. No one at the front desk.

The property was not well kept. The bathroom tub had worn thru the tub paint, the tub faucet leaks, and the commode was colored / stained other than its original porcelain "white" finish. The floor had dirty "stained" carpeting, the kitchenette cabinets were worn/scratched thru finish. The cook range hood was dirty filled with "brown grease". Overall the worst hotel I've ever stayed the nite. Check-In took over 40 minutes with a reservation and only 3 guests in line checked in with reservations as well.

It was dirty and smelled of weed everywhere. Nothing worked right.the pool was Disgusting.

I liked the friendly staff. I didn’t like the non-cleanliness of the hotel. There was not enough staff to get the basic hospitality of hotels. Bathroom was leaking non-stop. Outdoor pool was disgusting. Breakfast was only mini prepackaged muffins and coffee. It cannot be considered breakfast but more so snacks.
