Upset customer Customer service sucked the front desk girl didn’t know what she was doing . Waited in line for 30 min cause she didn’t know what she was doing and and other guest . Told us a room was not guaranteed even if we made reservations. Hotel . Com was great with booking but extended stay on Miami in Durham was terrible .
Worst hotel ever stayed at! This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! Every room they gave me was dirty I found old food in cabinets bras in chairs old condom box it was discusting! I asked the front desk to get housekeeping in there several times never came I never saw housekeeping the whole time we were there! It was overall a bad hotel the pool also stayed dirty and hotel smells would never recommend it to anyone place shouldn’t even be running !

Worst stay ever!!! This was the worst stay I have ever had since booking on hotwire. The entrance smelled like weed, Kids and teens running all downstairs with no shoes on. They gave me the wrong type of room then said it won't anymore rooms. The tub was clogged so no water drained out. They gave me a toilet plunger to fix it myself. Breakfast was 4 packs of grits at 6:30am. The attendant said that's all we have. Unbelievable!!! Worst stay ever.

Check in was a nightmare. It took over 40 minutes to check in when I already had a paid reservation, and the the first 2 rooms I was given were already occupied. Trash cans over flowing, people partying in the parking lot, pool out of order, auto lock doors inoperable, elevator broke, people stomping around all night.... And to top it all off, we were robbed. Never again The rooms were nasty. There was a large space from the floor to the bottom of the door of the room. The front desk staff was unprofessional. The sheets were dirty. There was hair in the tub. The room wasn’t checked to finalize cleaning prior to being assigned. When informed by front desk she didn’t move me.

Don't Stay at this Extended Stay We reserved a queen size bed. We were given room 133 which had only a double size bed (54" wide), not a queen (60" wide). Evening hotel clerk said we were wrong. Saturday morning manager on duty also said we must be incorrect. No resolution, no satisfaction. Bad stay.
