Terrible experience This place was terrible! I arranged fir an airport shuttle upon arrival for the next day. When I got in the lobby the next day they told me it wasn’t running and the host was supposed to have notified everyone. They don’t have a list of taxis available. My room was dirty, food crumbs on the chair and watermarks on the nightst. I tried to touch as little as possible. The breakfast included instant oatmeal and some 2 broken granola bars; I arrived 10 min after it opened.

This is an old propriety, outdated. not very clean. no coffee pot in room, no restsurant on site. Slow check in, ver slow. Not enough staff.

This hotel reeks of drugs, even saw with my own eyes people doing them outside by the pool with children around. A lot of the doors are old and creaky and lets not start with the elevator. The non smoking floors all smell like drugs and smoke. The room was decent but a lot of surfaces didn’t look like they were cleaned properly and the trash wasn’t taken out before we got there. The area overall was very sketchy as well as the people staying there.

Run down When I stayed 21/2 yrs ago the place was being updated.. it looks like nothing has been done since..the room lights weren't working... food was in the microwave...food on the walls...dirty socks in the bed.. cigarette butts everywhere. Entry locks hanging by wires...I will staying at different motel from now on...

Not Good Utter chaos and disarray. I appreciate that the hotel made an attempt to accommodate my early arrival but what happened is unacceptable by anyone’s standards. First, I was told my room number was 157 after taking a long walk down the hallway I realized there was no room 157 and headed back to the front desk. The woman apologized and said oh sorry I meant 156. So I headed back down the hallway and open the door to find that someone else was already occupying the room. She gave me keys to an occupied room. You need to remove this "hotel" from your list of hotels. Dirty and smelly. Stained bed linen... dirty carpets

HOTEL FALLING APART-MAINTENANCE REQUIRED! When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I started calling out hello several times. No one answered. I then saw a note on the wall that said to call 0 on the phone. I dialed and she came from out of the office area. She looked up my reservation. When she gave me my room number, I told her that I was going to have back surgery in 2 weeks. She said there was an elevator. Never again Made reservations online, but when I got there, they were booked! I had called several times earlier but no one answered the phone. Was sent up the street to another ESA. After checking in, paying more than I would have online, we discovered the pullout couch had no bedding. The mattress was badly stained and needed to be burned. Found mold in the cabinets, ripped wall paper, and chipped furniture. Hotel smelled of smoke and marijuana. We checked out the next morning and found a Hyatt. Extended disaster We didn’t get to stay there because they over booked the hotel we had to stay at another location and it took him hours just to be able to confirm at the new location. Now this new location the room was dirty I had to clean it up myself and they didn’t offer any housekeeping for a whole week.The new room at the new property had empty alcohol bottles inside the drawers dirty stuff towels behind the dressers no smoke detectors this blinker system was tampered with plaster with no pain on the walls chipping ba... read more
