The staff was helpful & tried to find me an acceptable room. This place is terrible. After trying 3 rooms, I left & went to Homewood Suites across the street. The rooms smelled of cigarettes...urine & mold. Orbitz, remove this property from your choices....

Front desk staff was so unresponsive. More than once the lobby was full of people waiting to be checked in or assisted in some way. There were kids everywhere including behind the desk. It wasn’t particularly lout except I could hear be walking around on the second floor. The bathtub had rust in the bottom. I definitely didn’t take baths, and was almost tempted to skip showers. What you see is what you get as far as the rooms go. All the doors were broken and/or propped open. The airport shuttle was clutch though.

False advertising The pics and descriptions are not accurate- this room was filthy- so much dust on ledges it looked like dust plants growing down the wall. The place smelled like urine , smoke and other things I will Not mention and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag- it has a kitchen but you have to rent the dishes to use the kitchen and the breakfast was coffee and granola bars- very very disappointed.
Dirty breakfast area Checked in and sent to room that had not been cleaned from previous guest, and had to return to front desk for another room. Breakfast food area near lobby was infested with ants.

No smoke detector in my room 234. Handicap door doesn't work in front entrance. No breakfast just hot coffee tea and granola bars.smh

Hotel of Horrors Clearly this hotel has been made aware of the problems from past reviews. No remedies leaves one to conclude they don't care! The pool is like a river. Couldy, smelly, debri, babies and toddlers with no swim diapers. Kids unsupervised, cursing and bulliing other children. The pool pump was never ran during my entire stay. The pool is opened from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm but the pool was closed from 12:30 pm to 3/00 pm for "cleaning" after someone complained. No security nor employees walking the grounds. Horrrible Service. Bathroom light was broken in my room my kids couldn't even take a bath and they told my husband to fix it. Very dirty, smells, loud, people smoking at entrance ways and smoking weed inside. Tried using the laundry area my key did not work and the guy at the desk refused to help me made me go get my ID to prove I was staying there even though I had my room key! We spoke to the general manager there and he didnt do or say anything. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again.
