Hotel cleanliness is lacking. It does seem to be home to regular workers or traveling work for some time at a particular location. Given this we did see many bugs including cockroaches…we bought bug spray:( the rooms we dated and the bathroom was not in great shape. The staff were friendly and the rooms have bedroom and sitting space for families.

Was greeted by an empty, eerie lobby as I waited for about 10 minutes while calling the front desk employee from their public phone to assist me. Once he finally came from out of the shadows for assistance, I noticed that he had checked me in under the completely wrong name and as a totally different guest. He said it shouldn’t be a big deal but I was unable to connect to WIFi while in the room because of this. Dog Kennels are Better! Dog kennels are better! This hotel was abysmal! Filthy hall, filthy elevator filthy room and BR! There was no smoke alarm. They advertise breakfast but literally was a packet of dry granola no milk! No fruit and at 8:30 no coffee. No coffee maker in room. The carpet has so many stains looked like crime scene blood…and so dirty we couldn’t touch our feet to the floor. No towels on second day! The check-in person was fine. I had chosen the property since it advertised an airport shuttle. Was informed that stopped about two years ago and the desk person would put in my comments. I was told that I should get an Uber so ended up paying more for a hotel with the shuttle and then got to pay more. Room I had was also in need of a refresh and at least repair of the cracked and dirty caulk around the tub/shower.

The reservation didn’t appear so they charged us by the hotel an other reservation with them.

STAY AWAY. They advertise they have airport shuttle pick up which is not true. The hotel is currently under renovations which we were not aware of at check-in. We had to switch rooms due to TVs not working and mold stained mattresses. The room we switched to the king bed was broken in half. No shampoo in the bathrooms. Customer service desk was awful. Seemed like nobody was at the desk when needed to call. They claim they have breakfast but they only give you muffins and coffee. Stayed one night and would not recommend this ... read more

This property is not properly clean it need to close and get proper cleaning done they are filled with roaches I showed the front desk a video of them in my room they didn’t care acted as it was normal as well rude about it nor wanted to fix the problem only asked if I was staying over or checking out and they can just move me to another room of course I checked out where’s there one roach there’s more they are disgusting

Upon entering in the first room, the odor was horrible. It smelled as if there was sitting water for a while. When I began bringing in our family’s suitcases and preparing for bed, my son who usually sleeps on sofa beds, pulled out the Sofa Bed. He said the sofa bed was wet but continued to unfold it. There was multiple huge wet urine stains throughout the sofa bed. I immediately requested another room, by the time that request was made, it was almost 1 am.
