Th property is nice however the staff is very slack with getting back to and attending customer needs. I had to sleep in a room that had no heat for 2 nights and still have not been compensated for that or a receipt sent for my stay!

This property is in dire need of Owner, Upper Management and Property Management change. Business people who value customers, who value quality service and hire quality workers with hospitality characteristics and know what customer service means and follow company standards. This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty the shelves were falling off the wall. The staff one guy was nasty. Eating while talking. Never available at front desk. We had to move to a different room because so many things were broke

They didnt have any check in info when i arrived and waited 20 minutes before they entered it by hand.

I didnt like having to move to a different room to and it be worse than the orginal. In the original just thr toilet wasnt working. In the new one toilet was working, light sockets were tipped, ac was older style, and was people across the hall were loud and screaming all night.

During my stay, there were multiple people loitering in the parking lot which did give me a good feeling. There were also people entering and exiting the property without staff knowledge. The on duty staff member was suffering from a sickness and using a tablet for check in. The staff member did not clean or sanitize the tablet prior to asking me to sign which is disgusting.

The guy at the front was really nice and that’s where everything good ends. The place is terrible...Very dirty in the rooms and hallways.
