I liked the cleanliness and the courteous staff at check in, however they checked me in the wrong room, while I was in bed someone tried to enter my room with a key twice because of double booking the room. There was no hot water for a shower in either of the two rooms that they placed me in. I do intend to go back to that location.

This was one of the worst places EVER!! There are signs everywhere that say NO SMOKING. However, our room reeked of smoke. This caused a flare up of my allergies. My clothes smelled of smoke after being there one night. The ad on Expedia said, in several places, FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Nope! The young lady at the desk was very puzzled and said they don’t have that service. We paid $55 for a ride to the airport. The towels were paper thin. We asked for new clean towels, they were out! Disappointed We stayed there 10 days…the pool wasn’t open, the room didn’t have a microwave, the entire floor was non smoking yet it smelled like cigarettes & marijuana, the back “security” door didn’t latch with lots of traffic in/out, there was yelling & screaming in the hallway with doors constantly slamming and we had issues with the tv freezing/lagging to where we had to unplug the tv to reset 5 times a day…sent messages to have it looked at & it never happened. Gbage can had trash in it. Room had a foul & stuffy odor. Customer service was subpar. Horrible experience!!

This hotel sucks so bad the heat would not work if u took a shower only cold water coming out the room smell like old wet molded to top it all off tv would stay on till 12am and then tv epuld say no Signal I wouldn't stay at this place ever again. I am Healthcare provider i would stay way from this place sucks

Liars They had me wait the whole day after check in for pot and pans. And then told they had none. I checked out they said I would be refunded in a couple of days still did not get that!

Apparently, a paid reservation doesn't make a difference in this establishment because they'll give your room away regardless, spend a few extra dollars and stay across the road. At least you'll have a room and quiet time.
