No hot water so did not get a shower when arrived at 10pm yes pm! No breakfast not even water or coffee.

Expedia quoted me a price of 54 for the room but when i got thwre they charged me full price for the room and stated they were nolonger allowed to change the price of the rooms. On top of that the room i rrqusted and the one i go were completely different. I wanted a king bed and got 2 twin beds. After complaining they put me in another room with a bigger bed but it was hard as a box spring. Like those fake beds in department stores

Staff was horrible. Rooms were incredibly small and i had to look at a picture on a wall since the tv was on the opposite wall of the bed. There waa no breakfast, pool, gym, nothing. Staff was rude, mean, and inconsiderate. Until i checked out early then everybody was all checky and happy.

You can reject my review but I'm just going to keep leaving the same one. This facility was dirty and had trash cans overflowing, and stank in two of the stairwells that I use. They also threw out a dress shirt that I had hanging up that was accidentally left. Unsatisfactory. This facility he's very similar condition to and Extended Stay location that I've had to use while on work travel in San Jose California.
