Very disappointed with the service we received. First off we where never able to check in. We were told we could pay cash to check in, but when we arrived at 10pm we were turned around. It was to late to go anywhere to add money to our bank account and we were stuck without a place to stay for the night. Ive worked in customer service for over 20yrs and i just feel like we should've been accommodated being that we were told cash would be accepted. This place is a dump! This place is terrible; smelly, bugs and no shuttle to the airport like they advertise! Pay the extra money and sleep in a bug free place!

Non functional televisions!!! I've stayed here at this hotel several times but this visit wasn't the best. I was checked into one room and the tv wasn't working, so i was asked to come get new batteries. Once i went downstairs we found out it wasn't the remote, it was the actually tv in the room. So the gentleman was nice enough to give me another room. Upon entering the new room I discovered that the tv in that room wasnt functioning as well. Horrible Experience At This Hotel When I arrived, I had to change rooms 3 times. Once because of a screaming baby next door, 2nd time due to the television and remote not working and the 3rd time, the bathroom was not clean. Had cigarette butts in the shower and hair around the toilet seat. (So Disgusting). Because I was exhausted from my travel. I had to settle for the room with the screaming baby next door. I put in a complaint about the hot water and rags. I had no hot water and only one rag. I didn’t get anymore rags and took a cold shower. The service was not what I expected!

stay if you have nowhere else to go... 2day stay. No wash towels for day 2. Cleaning staff unfriendly. Desk Service personable. Lining missing from tub, shower curtain rack rusty.

I won’t stay there ever again. The bedroom smelled like weed. It was dirt. I couldn’t sleep all night.

The room clearly wasn’t clean upon arrival. Dry lettuce and a puddle of water on the counter. The television put you in the mind of the movie Poltergeist. It had running lines all in it. The air didn’t work properly. It kicked out enough air to keep you from passing out but it was still to warm. We had to go to the desk to get bath towels only to learn they ran out of the wash cloths and we were given dish towels instead. The desk clerk said it’s just as soft as a wash cloth.
