Not pleased Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. I called the lobby phone per the sign on the desk and was still 30 min before the young lady woke up from wherever she was to check me in. Unacceptable

Horrible...hotels.com and extended stay peoplelied I got to hotel and waited 10 mins for person to come to desk then was told I could not pay cash but only credit card. They only accepted cash 7 days in advance. I said ok but was concerned about being charged for not being able to pay credit but only cash and desk person said he could cancel the reservation and it would not charge. whats that smell? They’re doing some renovations on the hotel so the entire place smells like cleaners mildew and paint. Not very conducive to sleeping and honestly made me kind of nauseous they should let people know they’re renovating a hotel or whatever they’re doing

This room had a huge hole in the wall showing pipes (eye sore)! A huge picture was on floor not hung in the wall. I had two thin washcloths NO TOWELS to shower with. Horrible!!

Ughhh!! This hotel was not a good place to stay. First floor reeked of weed. So much for nonsmoking rooms!!! Woke up the next day the hotel had no running water!!!!!
