Dated smelly was overbooked didnt look lije pictures pn internet

Do yourself a favor and find someplace else... Booked a King, got 2 doubles instead. Tried to check in at 1:30PM and zero rooms had been cleaned. Rhis is an extended stay that had no dishes, glasses, not even a pan. Sheets literally had holes in them. I will never stay at this chain again qhen there are so many alternatives that are so much better for the money. "Take care of your customers or somebody else will."

Bad from beginning to end. Our keys would not open the exterior doors, it smelled like years of set in smoke, our toilet ran nonstop, a belt left in a drawer, a dirty towel left in the bathroom. We checked out & got a refund. The lady at the front desk was friendly & did not seemed surprised that we were leaving.

Bad: nobody in front desk to help me; I don’t think my bed was cleaned-for sure nobody cleaned my room; breakfast was almost nothing there.

Extended stay rating My towels and wash clothes were not furnished upon check in. I received my clothes and towels near bedtime. I was told that towels weren't ready because the worker hadn't folded them. I purchased a studio that didn't have any accomdations(plates, cups, spoons, folks, cookware, etc). I was very unpleased with this hotel.

They gave me a key to someone else room walked in and they were as shocked as I was .
