Booked and paid for a room. Called and told them my flight would be in later than their check in. They said it was fine. After 12 hours of traveling, I get to the hotel to not have a room. I don’t recommend this place at all and I will be calling corporate.

We waited at the front desk for 45 minutes before anyone showed up to help us check in. Then they told us they had no rooms ready until 4pm.. it was 12pm. We had to wait 4 hours to get a room.

Never Again This place was a dump. The room had a smokey smell to it. All the carpets stained. Breakfast was a joke, mini muffin, granola bar, coffee. The hotel double as a emergency housing for families in need. Did not feel safe with my kids at the pool due to the public smoking of marijuana. There was no booklets or information to assist you with navigating the area. No pots, pans, utensils in the room. Photos of this place posted are not accurately depicting the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I arrived and waz told I had no room. I am currently sitting in a parking lot with no where to go although I had a room reservation. I AM HIGHLY PISSED OFF

i went to 3 rooms that were occupied already ! finally the 4th room was un-occupied

Carpets were dirty, didn’t want to walk on them. When I got there, the room I was given first was not made up, bed was unmade, and trash in kitchen area was overflowing. Then went back to lobby to get another room. This room was in bad condition. The carpet was stained and dirty. Didn’t want to take my shoes off. Overall this was not a good stay
