I paid for a deluxe studio with king and when I checked in that room wasn't available. So they downgraded me room size.

We liked that there was a kitchen, but staff wasn't friendly, the breakfast wasn't breakfast, noise was terrible and cleanliness not great. It was not what we expected. :(

Overbooked a full hotel, slept at rest stop. The hotel was overbooked there was no room after I paid for a room and was subsequently billed! I want my money back. I ended up sleeping at a rest stop. That was so fun. NOT!
We had no hot water. The hall was extremely loud with guest from a few doors down. They sat in the hall for hours playing and running back and fourth. Constantly going in and out of the building.

Our room smelled like weed, the bed was hard and then when we went to get in it there were bugs in it. HORRIBLE

Took about 2 hours to check in because apparently only one person works at this hotel, and it takes them 30 minutes+ per customer to do basic tasks like check-in.

Never again Terrible stay. Dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. Our 12 year old wouldn't even shower because there was so much mold around the tub. Also we wouldn't dare take our children in the pool once we seen shattered glass from a broken ground light right by the pool. The morning breakfast or should I say lack of was a joke. Wrapped muffins and granola bars. No juice, coffee, anything to drink. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
