Disappointed One of the worst hotels I’ve been in a while. There’s a kitchenette with no utensils or plates. It says there’s breakfast which is not really breakfast. They had bag oatmeal, granola bars and packaged muffins. There was no creamer or milk for the coffee at all!

Driver's license picture capture Unclear why driver's license picture capture is necessary. Upon check-out, we asked for the images to be deleted but front desk refused. This violates privacy laws - right to be forgotten. One member of the couple is an EU citizen.

This is a budget property although not much more inexpensive than the local Marriott. Staff were wonderful but the overall condition of the property (inside and out) was dated and undesirable. The bathroom in our room had brown drips in the bathroom door (spilled coffee?) and hair in the drain. The outdoor space was not adequately maintained and had an “ick” factor. Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly the staff were and I think they deserve better working conditions so they can feel a sense of pride.

Terrible Absolute Terrible. I had reservation and when I got there they had no rooms. And the hotel was visibly extremely firty.
