Staff were very nice. First room smelled horribly of cigarettes. Completely unable to stay in that room. The front desk was nice and they moved me but that room, while not smelled nicer was near the front desk and all night long there were people yelling and dogs barking and it was so noisy I wasn’t able to sleep. Ultimately I’m Paying for a nights rest, not an experience and I didn’t receive that.

Everything in our room stinks.

This hotel appears to be a transitional housing solution for people in difficulty. Although our room did not smell like cigarettes, every item we brought inside was drenched with cigarette smoke by the time we got to our room, it reeks. Some of the colorful characters came looking for trouble and I was not comfortable with small children here. The staff was very kind and warm. I mistakenly thought this place catered mostly to business travellers since it is located in a business park -- totally wrong!

Needs a LOT of TLC Room was bare basic. There was a funky smell when we entered, maybe of old food. We had to open the windows. Tub finish paint was peeling, as was the bathroom faucet finish.
