The woman at check in could not find the reservation despite me showing it on my phone with a confirmation number. Made me wait in the lobby for nearly an hour before I decided to pay for the same room again. The next morning no one called to offer me a credit. I had to call and fight through beuracracy before I was able to get refunded. Totally uncalled for.

The room was clean but breakfast was terrible and it was more like a motel alot of people living there

Price was good. The bathroom was unclean. We left the property

Smelly & run down Called ahead and spoke to a friendly Voice. Told her I needed a check in before 3:30 pm due to a wedding I was attending in the area. She said not a problem. We arrived a spoke to a smiley and friendly man who told us they needed another hour to prep our room. We went to grab a bite and came back at 2:30 pm and he sent us up to a room. hotel was horrible no ice machine efficiency studio had no pots no pans no dishes no cups no glasses

The area was grassy but trash was around
