The leather chair in the room was dirty where some sat on it with something on their bottom that left a mark that would wipe off. The management replaced the chair. Next the toilet wouldn't flush, again management sent someone up to fix it. The sink in the bathroom was coming away from the wall: lastly, when we left out for dinner at 6pm there was four police cars in the hotel lot. NOT GOOD Dumpster
The manager Robert in very bias, racist , unprofessional & very disrespectful. He dose not show the customers good customer service. He stereotype and show very negative vibes to the customers. He said to me “he been working there for years and had a lot of complaints and he still there so don’t want waist my time calling cooperate, and he also said who do you think they to believe a person that has years in being a manger at this hotel or a customer like Me
