The room was dirty. There were smudges on the table and when I went into the bathroom, there was a clump of black hair on the hand towel (I had just arrived and my bf and I do not have black hair). I went the front desk and they were unable to change rooms for us but offered to send fresh bedsheets and towels to the room. I never got the fresh towels or sheets but I did get an extra blanket. Sooo let me just say I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel I had reservations there on Friday night I was coming home from NY so I got a room there. One of my tiers had a slow leak so when I booked I got trip protection just to be safe. I ended up get a flat on the parkway and as most of us know AAA does not do the parkway so I had to wait for somebody to come up from home to help. Don’t stay! The room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. I asked for them to come and unclog the shower and we were promised that maintenance would be there first thing in the morning and he said he showed up but there was a dog in the room (long story short never came or followed up). The 3rd party booking (Hotels.com) offered the option to pay for breakfast and we did but they never offered breakfast and claimed they explained this at check in and Nadine (the rep who checked me in) never did. This Extended Stay America has turned into a horrific experience. Room and kitchen are disgusting.

Carts were available to bring in luggage, but there were no ramps at the entrances. Nice that it’s pet friendly, but it should be done by floors or sections. I’m severely allergic to cats & woke up wheezing. The dog next door woke me up barking to go outside. The new room they moved me to had me go by rooms where people were smoking even though it’s not permitted. People also didn’t clean up after their dogs. Several spots where dog poop was left.
