The front desk staff member was unpleasant as I checked in. The toilet was not sanitized and the shower had alot of hair along the shower wall. As I stripped the beds before checking out , I pulled the covers back and there was a bug in the bed. I took a video and left. There was no need to complain to the manager to offer me another stay because , I will never stay at this Hotel again.

They charged me twice for room and refused to correct Bill.. desk person refused to help. Manager refused to deal with it.

The hotel was outdated, poorly managed, the smell of weed was all over. People smoking on front entrance against state laws, no mask wearing. The room was not cleaned, condition was below standard.

Dirty The room was really dirty. That was the main issue. There was hair from previous occupants on the bathroom fixtures. The table had sticky residue all over it. And the headboard had white stains on it. It was pretty gross. There was also burns on the tub and vanity. This is going to make it difficult to use this location again. Cost $80 bit felt lime a $30 room.

Great service, except for the roach! We only stayed for one night. I chose this place for the price, location and I usually don't have a bad stay at other Extended Stays. The front desk service was excellent. However, this morning as I was getting ready to leave I saw a roach crawling up the wall next to the bed. This is the reason for my negative review. My bf also saw a roach in the bathroom last night. I was asleep already. Had he woken me up I would have asked for a different room.
