This hotel is a mess. The entire building smells like pot, it looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, and the rooms smell like cigarettes. I walked into my room and walked out

I didnt like I had to ask for utensils after I got pots and cups which my the way where ridiculously dirty! The lady said it was from the dish washer. Once I wash them they didnt have "dishwashing" stains. I woke up to NO WATER, and no call as to why. I had to call and was told they had an emergency leek. Told me water should be back on soon! The first room that I was given was not cleaned and it appeared that a workman had left a light that was disassembled and left on counter. The second room had a couple of towels left on the floor. When they changed my room, I no longer had Internet Access and the front desk did not answer 2 calls within about 15 minutes.

Locked out for check in had to call while standing out side for no reason I’ll called earlier to say I was going to be there before 1 am and I was Still locked out

Non smoking room stink like smoke - we ended up leaving around 11 didn’t even stay

Pillows are terrible. They are the size of throw pillows. Blankets are tucked in so tight you cant get it out unless you move the mattress. Two adults staying in room. One tiny one applucation shampoo. No coffee maker in room. Had to go get from desk and lid didnt even fit coffee maker. Continental breakfast was a pre packaged muffin or granola bar. For the amount i paid for the room only good thing was the refrigerator
