Rude We had the worst experience with a front desk clerk named Akeira. We booked a room through hotels.com and while never taking her eyes off of her cell phone, she told us that she didn’t receive the booking. I attempted to show her the confirmation, (still while never taking her eyes off of scrolling through her phone) she said “sorry, can’t help you”. Never looking at my confirmation. The room and buliding was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the lack of amenities and breakfast. There's no gym and barely anything for breakfast.

Shit The place is gross, rude staff, almost attacking to customers loading luggage in vehicles

Smoky The room reeked of smoke, so that was pur major issue. Staff was friendly and nice enough and they were pet friendly. Hotel was just weathered and not the cleanest

Although a non-Smoking room was booked and confirmed during check in I was informed that no room is available. Had to sleep in a smoking room since there was no other option All clothes now smell of smoke
