Raggedy room with strong disinfectant smell that never went away

The hotel looks nice from the outside but once inside it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were literally cigarette ashes on the window sill of our "non-smoking" room.

We have stayed at this property in the past but it has really gone downhill. Half of our electrical outlets had tape over them so they could not be used including the one in the bathroom so the hair dryer could not be used. One day there was no hot water for showers at the coming back from the beach. The room smelled and was very damp

Danger! Hotel May Give Your Reservation Away! First for the bad: This hotel gave away my reservation because, it was booked through a third party entity (hotels.com). They said they were not able to hold the room when others checked in ahead of me. This left me with 4 people, ages 90 down to 10 without a place to stay. I was ultimately able to work with the woman at the front desk to get 2 rooms, but it took 45 minutes of discussion to do so. Extremely uncomfortable bed and noisy hallway traffic heard throughout the night.

Ehh. Fairly run down room. Floors stuck to shoes and lifted some of the flooring material. Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Hotel double charged me for room which took numerous visits & call with manager to fix. Window wasn’t able to lock. Ended up checking out a day early and not getting refund for it.

Disappointed- stayed here before but this time room was not as clean and lacked toiletries .
