HORRIBLE Was there for an hour, first set of keys didn’t work, second set didn’t work, the new room didn’t have power, the next room keys didn’t work. The receptionist didn’t care. She was too busy on the phone. Smelled like urine, it was so dirty

This was a 2 bedroom suite with pull out couch. No sheets were provided. No pillows for couch pull out. Apparantly they had the room listed as vacant. Near harrassment for phone calls regarding check out. Slid paper under door for issues not related to them, but apparantly everyone gets one because they are trying to evict a long term tenant. The worst hotel Front desk personnel was horrible I was asked for a credit card for my 2nd day reservation after my reservation was cancelled the first night. The 2 Jamaican ladies were very rude and nonchalant. I can’t believe they are a part of the Marriot brand. They need to work for Motel 6.

There were roaches in the kitchen. The toilet leaked puddles of water at the base of the toilet. The appliances as for the oven, stove, microwave were filthy. The whole place smelled like mildew and marijuana especially in the elevator. I would like a refund of some sort. I asked and was told no.

We had booked this room in advance and when we reached after driving all the way from New Jersey at 10pm the lady at the reception very rudely said that she had no information of our booking and there were no rooms available. She said that the property did not have double rooms as per our booking and she had no idea why expedia had booked it. It was a terrible experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. You will be left out in the cold searching for another room at night if you book here. Very unprofessional.

Dirty and disgusting Take this hotel off Hotels.com! It is filthy! Finally found us a clean room on 3rd try. Dirty carpet. Not one item in kitchen. No ice. No breakfast even tho they say it is included. Disgusting condition. Mostly occupied by extended renters who desk clerk says have stopped paying. Shocking it is on Hotels.com

The property was extremely dirty. There was stains on the floor and on the bed. When you walked on the carpet your feet would stick to the carpet. Soon as we walked into the hotel all you smelled was cigarette smoke. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
