Been at this hotel 3 weeks and continue to find problems . The latest my carpet is soaked from the air conditioner and get another room. I can’t get a financial break for all my inconveniences. Unfortunately this is the only thing I can afford so I have to deal with the circumstances . 😡

This hotel is not up to living standards. I have rented 3 different rooms because of poor conditions. The staff has been told several times and they do little to nothing. This third room has a refrigerator that leaks a puddle on the floor, a window with bent screen like someone tried to break in, the air conditioner leaks all over the carpet and the list goes on. This place should be closed for renovation and new staff hired with some people to people skills. I have seen some rough places but this place takes the cake.

**BEWARE** The woman at the front desk was nice, courteous and helpful. However, there is something off about this place. People loitering and drinking outside. Chicken bones in the parking lot. Very, very sketchy vibe overall. So sketchy that we didn’t feel safe staying the night despite paying for it. We couldn’t find another room so we had to cut our stay in Rochester short. I would strongly suggest investigating what is going on at this location before something bad happens, it feels like a dangerous place to be.

Unfortunately I’m in a situation after a death in the family and it’s close to work . This hotel is very poorly run and maintained. I stayed in 3 different rooms and all three had issues. Toilet wouldn’t flush, smoke detector hanging by wires , refrigerator leaks, broken blow dryer, handle in bathroom locked me in for over an hour till I got help finally. This appears to be some type of live in shelter. Too many ppl hanging out around the facility. No grab and go breakfast like promised. The rooms were clean. Nice place to lay your head but not really safe for a single traveling female.

One guest was loud throughout the night with a dog barking. She wouldn’t be quiet even after the police and staff went to her room to speak with her.

Scary once we pulled into the parking lot it was creepy looking people hanging around outside and in the lobby. My wife and child uncomfortable She would not let us stay there.
