The staff was excellent, however the room was in very poor condition, holes in the carpet peeling paint and the property itself was just unkept. I booked because the price was reasonable for dog, friendly, but again, incredibly disappointed with the condition of the room and the property as you couldn't walk without stepping in a mess there is no place designated with trash or bags for pets, and people did not clean up after their own animals. Outdated and dull I was shocked when entering the hotel entrance door, it looked very old and outdated. Honestly not worth the money paid for. The room was dull and light was very outdated, no coffee machine, no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Breakfast was only a cup of coffee and a muffin, that is it. Never go back there.

Can I say this was one of the worst places ive ever stayed. No lobby, might sound trivial, but the astetics is not impressive. No housekeeping whatsoever, we had to go to the front desk for linens and for dishes. We had to clean the room ourselves, which actually my boyfriend didn't mind doing. We were supposed to have king size bed, ended up with Queen, and wasn’t reimbursed. Very dirty. Bad odors. Loud arguments in the hallway. I will never go back there again. I was there for a family emergency and had no choice to stay. Any other time i wouldve checked out and left.

The hallways had a strong odor of burning cannabis. It was even in the elevators. There were loud noises going on near my room in the hallway. The room was nice and it was clean. I would never go back again though. I was there for a family emergency if not i wouldve left. Because i booked through Expedia it was a hassle with the front desk.

Disgusting, disappointed, never again Hotel was in a good area with plenty to do. Girl at the desk was as great, very personable. She said our room was just cleaned when I checked in….. noooo it was not. I would be surprised if the room hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Yes, bed was made and there were towels, end of cleaning. There was a fridge with food in it, some man’s hat on the lamp, sunflower seeds on the carpet which was so filthy I wouldn’t have walk on it without shoes. Booked &prepaid room with 2 queen beds for 2 people w/Expedia. Checked in at 3:10pm. Other people before me&other behind me.
