Very disappointed Had a half dead roach in fridge and then a roach was in and out of socket freezer looked like it was burning out had burn marks inside

You get less than you pay for Other reviews can't possibly be real. Escorts and weirdos in the hotel. Dogs barking in second floor. Loud all the time. Could hear the toilette being used, flushed and the kid smashing down from the room next door every 30 minutes.

A last resort. I dislike this hotel for so many reasons. Noisy all during the night. Was woken out of my sleep due to the yelling, people having conversations seemingly right in front of my door from midnight - 6 am .. they were short staffed and the poor guy was overwhelmed. Being awaken at 8 am to the fire alarm piercing my ear drums. The heat didn’t work so freezing all night. This hotel has cheap prices for a reason.

Nasty Hotel When I first walk into the hotel the lobby was dirt. I checked in but didn’t go to the room because I had to pick up my granddaughter. I drove 25 hours and was really tired all I wanted to do was sleep but that didn’t happened I come back from getting my granddaughter open the room and the beds were not done pizza box on the table I closed the door went to the Front Desk ask the clerk to call the manager and she told me there was no Manager on duty. They failed to honor a prepaid reservation leaving my daughter's family to find another hotel on Christmas day. Said they don't honor reservations.

We stayed here because someone in our party required a kitchenette for medical needs. Check in, told we couldn't pay cash if under 7-day stay (were only there overnight). Didn't see this in the details when we booked; resulted in extra charges on credit card because we're Canadian and didn't have US credit card. Lady at the desk says there's nothing she can do. Our rooms look like storage lockers, half-broken melamine kitchens, no hangars, no Kleenex/tissue paper. I call down and ask for some. There is NONE in the ENTIRE hot... read more

The property was very old and the rooms arr not renovated. There were no utensils in the kitchen. I asked the front desk for a fork and she handed me a single silver fork. I had no idea if it was clean or sanitized. I will not being staying there again. The staff was ok
