I had to ask for soap, shampoo and conditioner as none of these were available in my room upon check in. Rooms and appliances look very dated. Arrived to property on 12/30 around 9pm and noticed empty cans and bottles all over the main entrance of the property.

Hotel is really getting run down. Needs some attention to lobby cracked tiles. No hangers in the rooms? Staff not as friendly or accommodating as in the past. Once acception Julie was the most helpful!

The room was dirty. We couldn’t sit in the chairs due to the stains and the fact that they were FILTHY. We had to check the bed to make sure there weren’t any bed bugs. The bed skirt was stained and full of other people’s hair. We stayed in a non-smoking room and the sheets and blankets had huge burn holes in them. However the staff was extremely friendly.

Eh... No in room coffee. Bed was 2 hard for me. TV should be higher for viewing.
