Had to wait an hour to be checked in as systems were down. Main concern is People were loitering around parking area and urinating publicly. Staff were friendly though. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

1. On arrival 3 police SUVs were there apparently to remove a male guest who had violently assaulted his female companion. Reported to me by three children all under 12 who were staying in room next door w/their parents, the screaming, assault had woken them. My first q was: is it safe to stay here? The issue was competently taken care of by officers. The property itself is convenient; close to the main road but the actual property environment was bad, tittle wasn’t the cleanest. The main entrance and elevator carpet was dirty, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned in days. The room 1/10. Felt dirty but couldn’t see because the color were dirty colors. To add, there was a bad smell. Overall they need to renovate. Get your money worth and add a little to go to somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Had a mix up in reservations & front desk worker was gonna make me wait in hallway or outside from 11pm till 8am till manager shows up. She wouldn't listen to me or let me go back in my room to get wallet, keys or phone to show her my reservation. NEVER EVER GOING BACK

Horrible hotel I was locked out of room last night and, because i had separate reservations from Thursday &Friday-Tuesday, they told me at 11pm last night i couldn't get into room until 8am this morning. Desk personnel wouldnt listen to what i was saying. My wallet, keys & all possessions in room & she said i couldn't get in there.
