Hallway lights were out, making hallways unsafe. Floors were dirty in hallways also. Sheets and bedspread were dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work. Door to room was not secure - like it had broken and not been properly repaired.

Scariest night of my life. The hotel didnt have any lights. I understand a natural caused no electricity. I feel the hotel should have warned customers of no electricity no heat no security no flashlights no candles nothing to help customers having no lights. I didnt have money to go to another hotel and it was too late for cancellation. They gave me a key and a room when I checked in. Didn’t know incidentals were actually being charged which is a new process I wasn’t aware of until I paid for the room and arrived for check in. I had to relocate about 15-20 miles because of this issue

Overall not a good stay I encountered many issues with the stay. 1. the entrance doors close to my room would not automatically close. 2. Very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. 3. the room felt dreary and the lighting was terrible. 4. the room keys didn't work after the first night.

Hotel was over booked and when i went into room guests was already in room Hotel isn’t trying to refund money poor customer service hotel nasty
