Don’t stay here. Unplanned overnight on way home from Buffalo. Luck to have found a room somewhere on a late Saturday night but this place was a dump, dirty, and sceevy. Doors are wooden, broken deadbolt and no door latch. Walking to my room some of the doors had dents in them as if someone were banging on them to get in. Hall Smelled like cigs and pot. We left after the first three hours of staying at property. They said they had to charge us for one night but to call Expedia to cancel the next night. Your customer services was unattainable chat could not find then try calling all that happened was it kept hanging up on me I need my refund here is my trip number 72154796922212 which chat and phone call said does not recognize please help Cindy Peters 480-332-5056

We booked a non smoking hotel but was told overbooked. Only smoking rooms are available. The whole building smells soaked in cigarettes.

Horrible smoke We booked this hotel for 5 days. We couldn’t wait for the 5 days to be up. It is supposed to be a smoke free establishment, but this was not the case. When we arrived, they said oh we are over booked. Then said we may have a room do we want smoking or no smoking room. We said no smoking. The whole hotel smelled not only like cigarettes but marijuana. Very unhappy. Plus the bill was more than it should have been for 5 days. Still waiting for a call back. It was completely disgusting. Ive never left a review but need to. We were stopping in Rochester with our two young kids and our room was switched to a smoking room. It was nasty. We got a refund and luckily found a hotel elsewhere. S

There was a prpblem with my skin breaking out after being on the bed. My fiancé also was bitten by some type of bug on his arm. The room did look clean, but apparently it really wasnt. A refund was given for our stay.

The hotel room was dirty and My boyfriend had to clean the room up for us, they didn’t wash anything down
