Horrible Took an extra $270 said for smoking that NEVER took place. Working with BBB to get my earnings back. Heard employees laughing in the back and thought it was funny to get over on me

Was not happy with the amount of cigarette smoke in the hallways - neither remotes in either room we stayed in did not work - no wash clothes in either room - didn’t know that we had to make our own ice until I asked about an ice machine - saw people coming in with laundry baskets to do the laundry - didn’t look like they were staying there. - Will never stay at another extended stay

Non smoking room request they tried to give me room twice that stank lik

Other people staying last night were very rude upon check in ,using foul language. The smoke alarms went off all night until after 9pm. Could not relax due to them going off. Very dissatisfied

Sorry to say of 2 rooms, heater stopped working twice (I fixed it both times), hair dryer didn’t work. Unfortunately had 3-4 inches of snow during the day and overnight, sidewalks were not shoveled at all in 2 days, most parking spots not plowed or shoveled. Staff was very pleasant and helpful where they were able. Thought I saw a maintenance man, who did nothing to shovel entrances.

Big mistake, do not stay there Thought I was saving a a few dollars but between; paint peeling dirty sheets door knob literally falling off bathroom door holes in the rug take you pick, will never stay there again. This place must be in violation of some health code(s)That does not even mention the staff not attempting to quite down the room above or next to us after midnight .Never seen staff afraid of guests before Oh yeah, Even smelled awful There’s a perfectly good Hampton right around the corner.
