Did not like that they put me in a smoking room without asking if it was ok which it wouldn't have been due to me being allergic to smoke. Had to find another hotel for me and my son to stay in for the night due to this hotel was filled to capacity and did not have any non smoking rooms left.

We only needed a place to grab sleep after a 14hr drive, arrived at 1:30am and the people upstairs stomped through the night after I called the front to ask them to try and be quiet. Did not get any sleep until after 6am, then cleaning lady tried entering our room with the lock on multiple times waking us up at 9am because our room was marked checked out. Needless to say we spent $90 for 3 hours of lousy sleep. Not happy and would like to be refunded.

Stove did not work,etc Stove did not work, front desk staff was not able to fix it. We were given a new room with a working stove later that night. Staff told us we would get 20% off room and an upgrade to a King size bed instead of a queen. When we got to room it was not a king. Upon checkout I was told we were getting 30% off room (instead?). Stay was okay. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Breakfast is literally packaged mini muffins and Nature Valley granola bars and coffee if you wake up in time. Smell of hotel could be fresher and there were two bugs in my bed. Staff was friendly, however.
