Stale smoke=Bad allergies We asked for a non-smoking room. The room had an extremely horrid stale cigarette smoke smell. The place in it's entirety was great, except for our room. The room was in a non-smoking section. It was nauseating and flared my allergies something fierce.

Disappointing Room was dirty still had garbage in the cans from previous people. Bathroom very dirty

Disappointed stay The room smelled like cleaning chemicals or pesticide spray. The showerhead was leaking. The hallway wasn't vacuumed. The sane trash was on the hallway floor from my arrival and after my checkout 4 days later. The side door exit had spider webs all the vents that wasn't cleaned.

Very disappointing. The housekeeping was not great... sticky bathroom floor. The TV was too low on the table, very little selection, not HD and the quality of picture couldn't be adjusted. The advertised continental breakfast was extremely poor. No much was offered and there was not a designated sitting area.

Very scary and bad staff. Not cleaned at all and no breakfast served

When I checked in I was told no housekeeping for the weekend. Then I asked about the continental breakfast and was told it was a grab and go breakfast. Coffee and granola bars. That is NOT what their website advertised.

The front desk manager (Alicia) was amazing and was extremely gracious in trying to accommodate my stay. However, each room that she ended up showing me had hair in the bed or in the bathroom. I was shown 5 rooms total and they were all the same in cleanliness. Including the bed coverings being visibly dirty.

Disgusting. Smokers and others were gathered in front of the main door. Little “lobby” (not really a lobby) was dirty. Had to wait for a desk attendant to appear from somewhere in hotel while her family members were hanging out. Checked in and started to get nervous as I walked down the filthy hallway to my room. Inspected bed... hair, dirt, little black dots. Night stand had “stuff” all over it. Even my dog didn’t want to stay — barked to be picked up.
