VERY NOISY! Refrigerator was loud and kept me awake all night!

The front desk person- Michelle- was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She was rude. She has no business interfacing with people! She ruined the entire experience. I own a business and was going to use this property for my traveling staff- weekly. Because of our front desk check in experience, we are going elsewhere.

We booked this room for our family from out of town They could not sleep, too noisy, walking noise from above room they said So we have to booked the 2nd night from another hotel nearby

Won’t stay again. The room was dusty. I don’t think the sheets had been changed the sheets smelled of men’s Cologne. The tv did not work properly. I guess there was a hotel wide problem. Only 1 person working at the front desk. Halls had not been vacuumed in awhile. Beds and pillows were awful. I won’t be staying there again. The one girl at the front seat was very nice. I felt bad for her. Hotel was full and she was on shift alone.

It smelled like marijuana and smoke. The hotel was disgusting.
