Not very good I would not stay here again. First off the front desk is very unprofessional. Having side conversations. Felt like they were more interested in their own conversations. The room is very basic. The bathroom does not have a fan which was weird. Then the number one annoying thing was the pillows. They are a small square and you get three of them. They are very flat! They have a sign posted saying they share guest registrations with law enforcement. My interpretation is that this is anti-immigrant and ICE related. Won’t be staying there again.
When I attempted to check out there was a problem with the front desk computers. I had a bus to catch. I needed to check out and they couldn't do it.The front desk agent was clearly inexperienced and in over her head. The gentleman working with her was brusque and dismissive with me and completely unwilling to work with me or explain the situation. My negative experience with these two employees means that I will likely not be staying with you in the future.
I had a family emergency called the hotel to tell them I was not gong to get there until the next morning; but to please hold my room. I was assured it was till there and they would make note. I called several times after that as I was not able to get there until 24 hours from original expected arrival as they were informed.
