Manager cancelled my booking due to short staff supposedly. They said they called me but no voice message are anything left to let me know. I show up to be told my room was cancelled, they offered me another room at a higher price, I accepted the room under protest as they were not though they cancelled my room. I get to the room the work at all and it’s hot in the room. The ac did not work. Absolute garbage experience

I called to confirm my room and inform them of a late arrival. Our room was sold and they had no availability. Very unfortunate situation to have my family in after a 6 hour drive. I would give it a 1 star, but I get it. It’s a business. They room was rented to someone staying for a month. The young lady at the front desk was apologetic, but some assistance finding a room would have made the experience a little better.

Had a dog nexts to my room and kept us up most night and did report it to desk 2 times

Many of the negative reviews I read were unfair. This is an extended stay accommodation not a luxury hotel. It served my needs well.
Used towel left in room - many repairs need to be done - very functional room
