Horrible customer service. Had a mix up in reservations & front desk worker was gonna make me wait in hallway or outside from 11pm till 8am till manager shows up. She wouldn't listen to me or let me go back in my room to get wallet, keys or phone to show her my reservation. NEVER EVER GOING BACK

Horrible hotel I was locked out of room last night and, because i had separate reservations from Thursday &Friday-Tuesday, they told me at 11pm last night i couldn't get into room until 8am this morning. Desk personnel wouldnt listen to what i was saying. My wallet, keys & all possessions in room & she said i couldn't get in there. I was in there 5 minutes earlier and went to vehicle & realized i didnt have keys. After 20 minutes and almost having to call police she lets me in for the night. The door for the room was no longer square to the door frame. This made opening and closing the door difficult. The clerk told us the door has heavy and didn't clise properly but it was out of square.
