Everything was lacking. The hotel and the rooms are outdated. Falsely advertised. When we checked in, we were told all double bed rooms were sold out, when I booked one two days prior to our arrival. They gave us a single room, couldn't comp an additional single room for us, and my wife slept on the floor while I shared the bed with my grandmother. Shower was horrible rest of the room was ok.

Yes
The staff was friendly but the building was filthy. Dog excrement on the hallway rug for a day and a half, floors in the room were extremely sticky, there was half a bottle of Pepsi in the refrigerator, the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic, the rooms smells stale and dank, trash outside the building, toilet handle can off(luckily I was able to put it back on), toilet didn’t flush, I can only assume the chain broke. It was not a good experience, we only stayed out of necessity.
