Room was clean. Front desk lady with the long nails very pleasant and helpful she gets 5 stars for her customer service.

The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, & the staff was friendly & very helpful.
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Only downside was the hallways were messy

Me and my son checked in around 9:30.That evening when grabbed some dinner grabbed a few other things.Probably got back to the room like 10:40 / 11:00 like about 2:30 in the morning somebody pulled the fire alarm that went off from two thirty to about four the front desk wasn't able to turn it off. The fired apartment took their sweet precious time. If it was an emergency, we would have been burned down. Yes very clean and quiet
The dog across the hall barked all night. The fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes. I got no sleep.

Check in was easy. The first one they put me in. Apparently the manager decided they didn’t want anybody on the first floor so they switched my room out and I got up to the room and I couldn’t get the door to lock so I went back downstairs to get a different room they gave me a different room. Everything was good with that room it was clean— Staff is always helpful and politethere.
