Comfortable with Exceptional Front Desk Service! The studio type rooms were very comfortable and included multiple conveniences, such as fully functional kitchenettes featuring refrigerators, microwave ovens, stove tops with exhaust fans, counters with basin sinks and, upon request, even coffee makers, cookware, dinnerware and utensils! These features, along with the exceptional service of front desk staff, such as Mo and Jackie, really helped make my stay something special!

Most excellent experience. I was most impressed with the staff during check-in. I was early before normal check-in time and they had a room available. When I check-out the desk attendent was most polite and wished me "safe travels." The room was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. My sister usually stays at the Hampton Inn next door when she comes to Rochester. I'm going to encourage her to check out your accommodations

Worst hotel experience Overall experience of the hotel was not properly clean. The tub and toilet backed up
