Awful.......just plain awful!! Having stayed in MANY Extended Stay America hotels as I work throughout the county..... I have to say this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!! No cooking utensils.....no coffee..... Plus it was just overall dirty!! Even the floor was gross. THANK GOD I was able to get out of this longer term stay after only one night!!

It was a dirty entrance, rug needed vacuuming, elevator was dirty too. The first room was awful and smelled of chemical cleaners. Mold in the bathroom. It needs an overhaul of maintenance. The rug was stained. The Formica counter tops worn. The TV was broken. We moved to a different room.

Got there at 11p and they didn't have a room, and it's just as well as while I was waiting they had a power failure and couldn't generate new keys even if they had a room. The place was also fithy, so I'm almost glad I couldn't stay there.

First as you walk into the lobby they welcome you with a carpet covered with dirt and stained reception windows. You can always tell what kind of place it is by it's entrance.This place was extremely dirty. Bed sheets have never been changed, so gross. Someones hair all around the room and in the kitchen sink, greasy spotted microwave with food particles inside and outside, rusty fridge and the best addition to it is the only chair in the room which was broken. Checking in seemed to have bothered the woman working, who was upset she was off of work but had to stay to help us. We asked for the dishes and she told us to come back in 30minutes when she wasn’t there. The room smelled horribly of cigarettes, bed was uncomfortable, and the shower only flowed through the bottom so we could only take a bath. Outside people were partying in the parking lot til 4am, and inside the halls people were fighting and banging on the walls to the point where we felt unsafe. Neither one of us got any... read more
