The desk staff was friendly. The room, however, was lacking. We paid extra for our dog so they put us in a kennel. It was not like the photo, which was of a well-equipped room taken probably 15 years ago. It was a worn-out room with a double bed, not the queen-size we booked and numerous maintenance failings. Great stay
Had to have room switched a few times due to loud guests and roaches.

I found out from a news site someone was murdered in the hotel. No on said why the cops were there.
