Staff was courteous Noise level of other guests at unacceptable Hours was frustrating
People were outside being loud. Not sure but they could have had drugs. The place was dirty, and run down. The room wasn't too bad, but the tub was dripping all night. The bed was not comfortable, it felt like an old mattress.
I loved the proximity to the stores and restaurants. The room could use a renovation. The bathroom ceiling had evidence of previous mold. The countertop in the kitchenette looked like it could use some caulking. I will say that the room next to us was getting remodeled and it was looking really nice.
Dishes needed to be requested frim front desk. Shampoo needed to be requested which seemed very strange. They we're all out of shampoo when we inquired and the guy at the desk just said oh I guess we need to order more. It's pretty bad when a hotel doesn't even have shampoo for the guests. The water in the tub ran continually.
Great stay from start to finish! Check-in was easy, and the staff were super helpful—gave me the rundown on breakfast and pointed out some local spots in the neighborhood. Tons of parking, including a few spots in front and on the sides, but the real gem is the huge lot in the back. Healthy food at breakfast is good and inexpensive to offer; Fruit, nuts, water.
The staffs were very helpful and nice. That was the only positive thing about this property. The rest are all negative: 1. Inaccurate advertisement: The ad indicated that it offered rollover/sofa bed. I was told that it was not true when I requested the extra rollover bed. 2. No basic amenities: there was no hair dryer which should be the minimum that should offered. 3. There was marijuana smell in across the hallway.
