terrible place to stay, no clean, will never stay there

Good layout/ hotel dirty Good, comfortable room layout. Room and hotel interior dirty especially all carpet on property. Had 3-maintenance issues in room, including constant beep of room smoke detector that started at 10pm first night. Items fixed next day of stay.

I arrived and was told that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel due to overbooking and that Expedia had been notified. There was no record that Expedia had been notified and Expedia did not attempt to contact me by, phone, text or email. The woman at the desk at 11:00 PM was the most rude recepionist I have ever encountered. The lobby was filthy. Facts

The lights by the bed didn't work but that was ok , out stay was great , Chaka was fun and very nice funny and helpful she's amazing.. considering our car was stolen when we where out in Rochester this stay was amazing and we really appreciate it all
