The area was nice, convenient. The room was ok but the refrigerator was dirty. They are remodeling so it is a little messy right now. The staff was very nice.

It was a dirty entrance, rug needed vacuuming, elevator was dirty too. The first room was awful and smelled of chemical cleaners. Mold in the bathroom. It needs an overhaul of maintenance. The rug was stained. The Formica counter tops worn. The TV was broken. We moved to a different room.

Got there at 11p and they didn't have a room, and it's just as well as while I was waiting they had a power failure and couldn't generate new keys even if they had a room. The place was also fithy, so I'm almost glad I couldn't stay there.

First as you walk into the lobby they welcome you with a carpet covered with dirt and stained reception windows. You can always tell what kind of place it is by it's entrance.This place was extremely dirty. Bed sheets have never been changed, so gross. Someones hair all around the room and in the kitchen sink, greasy spotted microwave with food particles inside and outside, rusty fridge and the best addition to it is the only chair in the room which was broken. I spoke with the receptionist at the front desk who accommodated me by speaking with her manager about something that happened with the booking agency. I appreciate their kindness and all the trouble they went through to make my stay enjoyable. I ended up not feeling well and had to leave for the emergency room, but for the time I was there, it was just great! Not noisy, in the cut. I will return soon. Thank you.
