COULDN'T BELIEVE IT YOU HAD TO REQUEST A LINEN CHANGE AND HAD TO DO IT YOURSELF. I LEFT SOME ITEMS AND CALLED ABOUT THEM. I WAS TOLD THEY WERE PROBABLY THROWN AWAY WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBTED. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THOSE TOTALING $20. EVEN IF IT'S SOME FORM OF CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER NIGHTS STAY. I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD THROW THINGS AWAY NOT KNOWING IF THE PERSON WOULD CALL BACK FOR THEM OR NOT. I FIND THAT RATHER RUDE. THE HOUSEKEEPER NEVER ASKS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, YOU HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THEM.

Entire hotel smelled like marijuana Lobby immediately upon entering smelled like marijuana and continued through most of the hotel, including our room. The room was dated and in need of updating. Even though it had a kitchen, no plates/glasses/utensils present. Nothing to even get a drink of water out of the faucet. No coffee maker. I only needed a room for 11 hours and for the price we paid, it was adequate to get some sleep and a hot shower.
