DO NOT STAY HERE. It is a death trap looking for a place to happen. The smoke/fire alarm was removed in our unit. The cord for the bed light was cut. The curtains were falling off the he wall. The chair was missing the the room as per pictures on web site photos. The alarm clock was broken. Got a contact high from the smell of weed at the front desk, and so much more. We were in a jam, Who knew there was a Rochester in Minnesota? It was 12:00 we got into Rochester and found out that our reservation we made was in Minnesota not in New York and extended stay had a room, only one left but it had a leaky faucet in the bathroom if that was okay with us we could have it. And 12:30 at night when you've been traveling all day we didn't really care we were grateful that they had the room.
Terrible! Walking in - dirty, bad smell, unmanned desk for 17 minutes because they were cleaning a room for a new customer at 10:30pm. When they returned, was told didn't have a room for us, even though we booked through hotels.com - They searched and found us a room - elevator and hallways disgustingly dirty. Went to go into room and heard others in the room! Tried to get another room, after 15 minutes of waiting/looking, we left to try to find another hotel to stay at. "$30 Motel for only $175" We stay in Rochester 4 times a year so decided to try Extended Stay America Suites. Weird vib the second we pulled up. Three shady methed out girls hanging around the lobby door, first bad vib, no one at front desk at 3:30pm, finally a cleaning lady checked me in, strike 2. Got into room, 5 empty stinky milk jugs under sink (see pics) and left over can of jambalaya (see pics)? Strike 3. It’s extended stay but there was nothing in the room , plates spoons or anything. Room was non smoking and smelled like cigarettes, tub had a strong water leak.
