The property is dark and dirty. My room had not been vacuumed before I took residency. The staff was friendly, helpful and nice; but this place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Tv was all snow, internet connection worked about 20% of the time.

Acceptable but won’t be back. Not as comfortable as I had hoped but property was clean and in good condition. The room was really bare bones. All cupboards were bare upon checking. We had to request any kitchen items we wanted and then pick them up at the front desk. While I don’t have any direct complaints about the property, I do think there are nicer options in the price category and will not choose this hotel chain again.

Parents Weekend at RIT In the area for RIT Homecoming/Parents Weekend. Room was very adequate. "Breakfast" was minimal. Coffee was good but fruit juice and real cream for coffee would have been nice. Would stay here again.

I was not expecting a Hilton type of room, but the water backed up and drained extremely slow in the bathroom sink and you had to hold the handle down on the toilet for it to flush. I was grateful I only had to stay one night. I will saw the evening front desk guy Lewis was awesome!
